The choir's library has two limits: the size of a work and the space of the whole library. Both depend on the choir's plan.
Size of a work
A work, with all its attached files together, cannot go over:

If a work is larger, the upload is refused; the message gives the size of the work and the size allowed.
Space of the library

An upload that would go over the space of the library is refused; the message gives the space used and the space allowed. Files in the trash do not count towards this space.
How sizes are counted
Sizes are counted in binary megabytes: 1 GB = 1,024 MB. So 2 GB is 2,048 MB.
