The Small Ensemble plan is free, with no time limit, for up to 10 active members; beyond that, blocks of 5 members are paid. The Choir plan is free for the first month, then paid monthly or yearly. To start that free month, you give your card: it is checked that day, and nothing is charged before the free month ends.

Dues, a registration or a ticket paid online carry a 1% Choralix commission, plus Stripe's fees. A payment made off-site has no fees, and neither does a free ticket. On a refund, the 1% commission is given back to the choir; Stripe's fees are not.

Yes, from an Excel or CSV spreadsheet, with the Choir plan.

Each choir is kept entirely apart from the others: no data is shared between choirs. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in Canada, except payment data handled by Stripe. Choralix sells no data and runs no advertising.

Yes. Stopping takes effect at the end of the current period, that is the end of the free month or of the paid month or year: the choir keeps its access until then, with no refund. Nothing is charged during the free month. The choir then has 3 months to retrieve its data.

Yes: one account can be linked to one or several choirs. A person can, however, have only one choir on the Small Ensemble plan.
